Telligent Design is Adam Sanchez, a sole proprietor. These terms cover purchases made through this site. By placing an order, you agree to them. Questions before or after buying: adamtomassanchez@gmail.com.

One-of-a-kind originals

Every painting in the shop is a single original — not a print, not editioned. Once a piece sells, it's gone. Colors and texture can vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screens, and the physical nature of paint on canvas.

Payment

Checkout is handled entirely by Square. This site never sees or stores your card details.

Shipping

A flat $8 shipping fee applies at checkout, currently to addresses within the United States. Orders are packaged carefully and shipped promptly — you'll want to confirm a typical turnaround time here once you have one to commit to.

Damaged or lost in transit

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we can't send a replacement — but we will make it right. If your painting arrives damaged, email adamtomassanchez@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we'll issue a full refund. The same applies if a tracked order never arrives.

Returns

Because every piece is a unique original, all sales are final except for the damaged-or-lost case above. If you're unsure about a piece, email us before buying — we're happy to answer questions or send more photos.

Snail Mail Club

The Mail Club is currently a free waitlist — joining it is not a purchase and doesn't charge you anything. Separate terms covering billing and cancellation will apply once the paid subscription launches, and you'll see them before you're ever charged.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
