Telligent Design is Adam Sanchez, a sole proprietor. This page explains what information this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email adamtomassanchez@gmail.com and ask.
What we collect
Shop purchases. When you buy a painting, checkout happens on a Square-hosted payment page. Your shipping address and card details are collected and stored by Square directly — this site never receives or stores that information itself.
Snail Mail Club waitlist. Joining the waitlist submits your name, email, and mailing address directly to us. We store it as a customer record in our Square account so we can mail you a launch announcement and, once the club is live, ship your mail and manage your subscription.
How it's used
Solely to run the shop and the Snail Mail Club: fulfilling orders, emailing you about the club launching, and mailing your monthly piece once you're subscribed. We don't use your information for anything beyond that, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only Square, Inc., which processes payments and holds customer records on our behalf. We don't share your information with ad networks, data brokers, or anyone else.
Cookies & tracking
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic — which pages get visited, roughly where from, and which site actions people take (like adding an item to cart or joining the Mail Club waitlist). It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and can't identify you personally. We don't run ad trackers or marketing cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as it's useful for the shop or the Mail Club — for example, as long as you're on the waitlist or subscribed — or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time, for any reason. Email adamtomassanchez@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you've accepted the update.
